Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, combine meat, onion, egg, milk, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
- Form into a loaf and place in an oiled baking pan.
- In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Spoon half over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160º, spooning the remaining glaze over the meatloaf for the last 15 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
